The original site made it hard to understand what Vivia did and who it was for. We cleaned up the language, tightened the story, and built the pages around the clients Vivia actually wants to attract.
Visual identity
The existing brand had good bones but the wrong tone. We pulled the stronger blues and professional tones from their palette, left the whimsy behind, and built a look that matches the level of work Vivia does.
Custom imagery
We created custom images for the site including AI generated visuals built specifically for the brand. No stock photo generic filler. Images that actually fit the story.
Speed and mobile
We rebuilt the site to load fast and look right on every device. Speed is not just a nice to have. It affects search rankings and it affects whether someone stays or leaves.
SEO
We researched the keywords and language that Vivia’s target clients actually use when they are looking for help. Then we built that into the site so the right people can find it.
Security
The site had a history of attacks and had been compromised before. We locked it down. Changed admin credentials, moved the login page, added monitoring and email alerts so any future attempts get flagged immediately.
Contact and tracking
We added a contact form built to actually capture leads and give Vivia visibility into who is reaching out and when.
Hosting and backups
We moved the site to managed hosting built for performance and reliability. Regular automated backups mean the site is never one bad day away from starting over.
